We recently stayed at a hotel near the famous pyramids and had a mixed experience. the staff at the reception were incredibly rude and would lie to us, and there was no room service available as advertised. the wifi didn't work for two nights and no alternative arrangements were made. We also encountered smoking indoors and poor hygiene, with dusty surfaces in the restaurant.
There were a few positives - the breakfast on the first day was good with plenty of options, the security staff were friendly, and the restaurant staff at breakfast were kind and helpful. Cons: None.

The fine views of the Giza pyramids from our room were amazing. The beautiful lobby and pool added to the overall appeal of the hotel. The second floor cafe offered a limited but delicious menu with an excellent pyramid view. The friendly staff, with the exception of one person, made us feel welcome throughout our stay. we would recommend this hotel for its good facilities and excellent location.

The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the nearby historical sights. Being able to see the iconic pyramids from the hotel was a dream come true. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. The buffet at the main restaurant was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the pool was huge and perfect for lounging and enjoying the hot weather.
The noise from the nearby road was quite disruptive at times. It's important to note, however, that this is expected in a bustling city like Cairo.

Convenient location near major attractions, including stunning pyramids and museums. the hotel offers clean and comfortable beds that guarantee a peaceful night's sleep. Lastly, guests will be delighted with the beautiful outdoor pool- the perfect oasis for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing.
The hotel is quite dated and in serious need of a renovation. the bathrooms need updating, and the air conditioning system can be unreliable.
